Interview with Chris Traynor

When I first met Chris Traynor, I found out that he had switched over to security by accepting a job at a company in extreme turmoil and crisis. In fact, he sent me a link to an article that had listed his new employer as the “most hated company in the country.” Welcome to post-breach Equifax.

Going to a company in the middle of such an intense crisis is (in my opinion) a gutsy move. There can be a lot of opportunities, but the stress is always high and the hours long. Here is Chris’ story of how he moved into security and became part of a company recovering from a high profile data breach.
